We proudly offer fully tracked international shipping services to our global customers. All international orders are dispatched from our central fulfillment hub in Sydney, Australia.

  • Upfront Taxes: Your local state taxes and border duties are calculated automatically and added to the total before you pay, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.

Please read carefully before ordering:

  • Estimated Timelines: All stated delivery windows are operational guidelines provided directly by the transport carriers. They are estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed arrival dates.
  • Customs & Border Clearances: International shipments are subject to mandatory data scans and random physical clearances by destination border authorities. Aussie Foot Care has no control over independent border operations, regulatory documentation delays, or seasonal customs backlogs.
  • Exclusion of Liability: Aussie Foot Care is not legally or financially liable for any shipping delays, regional postal disruptions, routing errors, custom container holds, or failure to deliver within a specific timeframe due to factors outside our direct operational control. Any information or clearance requests issued by local authorities remain the sole responsibility of the recipient to resolve.

📋 General Logistics Information (All Regions)


🏠 Authority to Leave (ATL), PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers

  • All standard orders are dispatched with Authority to Leave (ATL) enabled by default. This authorizes the local delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe, secure location at the premises if nobody is home.
  • Certain high-value configurations may require physical signatures. If an address does not permit safe placement and requires redelivery, subsequent carrier fees remain the responsibility of the buyer.

📬 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Parcels

  • Once a tracking barcode is formally updated to "Delivered" by the local postal network (including successful drops to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or safe-place ATL configurations), legal responsibility transfers to the buyer.
  • Aussie Foot Care is not liable for missing, displaced, or stolen parcels after a verified carrier delivery scan. In the rare event of a discrepancies, please contact your local delivery carrier immediately to open a formal claims investigation.

💥 Damaged Goods

  • If your delivery box arrives with visible structural damage, please request the courier driver to log the damage prior to acceptance.
  • If damage is discovered after unboxing, please contact our team promptly with clear photographs of both the packaging and products so we can assist you with an exchange process.

📦 Multiple Shipments

  • To optimize delivery speeds, your items may occasionally split and ship from separate stock locations. If this applies to your order, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional fee.
