🛑 What is Not Covered
To keep our processes sustainable and fair for everyone, our quality guarantee does not apply to:
- Standard wear and tear from regular, daily use of silicone and fabric accessories over time.
- Accidental damage, over-stretching product limits, or items modified by the user.
- Discomfort or fit issues caused by ordering an incorrect size (please check our size guides carefully before buying).
- "Change of mind" situations once a hygiene-sealed package has been opened.
🤝 The Cross-Border Hassle-Free Rule
We know international shipping back to Australia can be slow and expensive. If your item arrives faulty or suffers a verified manufacturing defect, we usually don't force our international customers to mail the item back to Sydney to get a resolution. Once we verify the defect via a photo, we will dispatch a replacement or issue your refund instantly.
